Corn on the cob

Liven up a corn on the cob and leave out the salt!


  • 4 corn on the cob
  • 1 tbsp Seasoning 1
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter


  1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil. When boiling drop in your corn cobs and leave to boil for 4-5 minutes.  Drain and put in a dish.

    While the corn is cooking, mash your butter and seasoning together in a small bowl.

    Smear the spiced butter over the hot corn, allow to melt a little, swish it round so it's coated. Serve

Recipe Notes

You could also finish the corn on your BBQ - once boiled for 3-4 minutes char on the BBQ grill for another 3-4 minutes, then add the seasoned butter.
