Prepare the tomatoes. Leave small ones whole, half or quarter larger fruit.
Heat the olive oil in a heavy bottomed skillet or frying pan.
Add the tomatoes.
Add the Seasoning 1.
Fry, moving around for 5-8 minutes over a medium heat until the tomatoes soften and some begin to break up.
Serve and enjoy.
These spiced cooked tomatoes are a great side dish served alongside a piece of salmon or chicken breast. With a little more cooking they would coat a pasta dish for a quick makeshift sauce.
